Operations and Performance Committee

Formed by combining functions of the former Operations Committee and the Performance and Accountability Committee, this committee develops and recommends policies to improve the operational effectiveness of Virginia’s public workforce system. It monitors and evaluates performance outcomes to ensure accountability and support continuous improvement by aligning system operations with measurable results.
