Customer Opportunity and Success Committee

This committee integrates the former Business Engagement and Access and Equity Committees to take a unified, customer-centered approach. It focuses on enhancing opportunity and success for both primary customer groups—individual job seekers and employers. The committee works to align services across the workforce system, bridging education, training, and employment to strengthen Virginia’s talent pipeline.
